Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nitish Saini, trading as Kinetraq, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Kinetraq”, “we”, “us”). They apply to kinetraq.com, the Kinetraq waitlist and the Kinetraq application. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Kinetraq.

Kinetraq is an AI visibility research tool. It asks AI assistants the questions buyers ask, keeps the sampled answers as evidence, and shows whether a brand is named, in what position, which sources are cited and what to do next.

AI answers change from one moment to the next. What Kinetraq reports is a sample, not a guarantee of how any AI assistant will answer you or your customers tomorrow. We do not promise any ranking, mention, traffic or revenue result.

While Kinetraq is not yet open to everyone, you can join a waitlist. Joining it does not create an account, is free, and does not oblige you to buy anything. We use your details only as described in the Privacy Policy. Features, plans and prices shown before launch are plans, not offers, and may change.

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, either for yourself or for the business you represent.
  • You must give accurate sign-up details and keep them up to date.
  • At this time accounts are not available to people or organisations based in India. We may change this later.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your password and any two-factor codes safe, and for the people you invite to your workspace. If you are the workspace owner, you are responsible for what your team members do.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@kinetraq.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars unless the pricing page says otherwise. The price, any taxes and the billing date are shown at checkout before you pay.

Our payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle sells the plan to you, charges your payment method, collects and pays any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Paddle’s own checkout terms and privacy notice apply to that purchase. Which Paddle company contracts with you depends on where you are.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. What each plan includes, such as scans per month, brands, AI platforms and seats, is described on the pricing page for that plan. We may change plans and prices for future billing periods and will tell you by email before a change affects you.

Access to paid features starts only after payment and the subscription are confirmed. If a payment fails or a subscription is paused, we may limit scans, brand creation or other paid features until it is resolved.

You can cancel at any time in your account’s billing page. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

  • use Kinetraq for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or mislead anyone;
  • try to break, probe, overload or bypass the security, rate limits, plan limits or access controls of the service;
  • scrape, copy or resell the service or its reports, or use it to build a competing product, except where your plan allows you to use reports for your own clients;
  • submit websites, brands or other content you have no right to research, or personal data that is not needed for your research;
  • share your login with people who are not part of your team, or use the service in a way that costs us unreasonably more than normal use.

We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules, with notice where that is practical.

You keep ownership of what you put into Kinetraq, such as brand names, website addresses, competitors, prompts and notes. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, including sending the research questions to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy.

Sampled AI answers about a product category may be reused to serve other customers researching a similar category, which keeps research costs down. We do not show your account details, brand list or competitor list to other customers.

We own Kinetraq itself, including its software, design and the way reports are produced. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.

Kinetraq relies on third parties such as AI providers, Paddle, our email provider and our hosting provider. They can change, be unavailable or return wrong results. Kinetraq is not responsible for what an AI assistant says, and a mention or the absence of one in our reports is not an endorsement or a statement of fact about any company.

We work to keep Kinetraq available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update, improve or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that matters to you, we will tell you and you may cancel.

Kinetraq is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that it is accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose or free of errors. You are responsible for decisions you make using the reports.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Kinetraq. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer where the law gives you mandatory rights.

You can stop using Kinetraq at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will refund any prepaid period we cannot deliver. On request we will delete your account and its data as described in the Privacy Policy, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless a consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you by email or in the product before it applies, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Kinetraq after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@kinetraq.com.
